i. All participants in this event conducted by the Castle Yacht Association of Australia do so entirely at their own risk.
ii. The Castle Yacht Association of Australia is not responsible for the sea worthiness of a yacht who participates, or the sufficiency or adequacy of its equipment or its crew.
iii. The responsibility for a person's decision to participate is theirs alone.
iv. The Castle Yacht Association of Australia will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury, or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the event.
