That the purposes of the Castle Yacht Association of Australia Inc are:
- to promote and foster ownership of Castle Yachts.
- to facilitate competition between Castle Yachts at State and National level.
- to administer and assist with enforcement of class rules for Castle Yachts.
- to liaise with other yachting or related organisations.
- to encourage participation in club and open trailable yachting events
The CYAA has adopted in full the model rules for incorporated associations which can be found on the Consumer Affair Victoria webiste (CAV). These rules are from time to time updated by CAV.
